A) Customer-PRABHA INDUSTRIES, BANGALORE
AMC of Verson-800T Mechanical Power Press
The used mechanical power press purchased by customer in year 2007. This Press was not maintained as per its original design during its past running and was having so many issues was causing frequent breakdown of machine, as follows,
Main motor drawing heavy current, as was not as per machine rated capacity.
The machine was not taking its rated load.
Clutch-brake pneumatic system was not correct.
The Balancer and Die-cushion pneumatic system was not as per machines original design.
The electrical system was not as per safety standards.
After we took the AMC of the machine, as per the machinery standards we have re-developed,
Its die-cushion and balancing pneumatic system.
Retrofitted the machine with new control system.
Changed the main motor to the correct rating motor.
Modified the HOLP system.
Now the machine is in production without any trouble.
